Job Description
- Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. content captions, ads, blog posts, newsletters).
- Types of content: Industrial Automation & Robotics, Innovation & Tech in various industries, latest industry trends.
- Assisting the Marketing department with various projects and campaigns.
- Sourcing new and improvising current ideas to build a strong content bank.
- Regularly brainstorm with the Marketing team for opportunities to be better and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
- Able to conduct research, surveys or interviews as needed under the guidance of a senior.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recent graduates of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields.
- Intern: Have availability for a minimum of 3-6 months full-time internship.
- Able to communicate and write well in English.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, multimedia design, and other graphic design fundamentals is preferred.
- Be intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, can execute ideas and be empathetic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge and interest in robotics, industrial automation and supply chain industries are a plus.
- Travel is required for business and collaboration with engineering teams at our Ipoh factory.
